A parent of a Std X student from Don Bosco High School, Borivli, said, "We learned about the change in exam date from a news flash on TV channels, but thought it was a rumour. But within an hour we received an SMS from the school confirming the news."
Neville Unwala, administrator, Cathedral and John Connon School said, "We got the information at 9.15 pm, when principals of other schools started calling us and confirmed the news with the ICSE's Delhi office.
"They informed us about the goof up at the Bangalore centre. Though the papers were immediately taken away from students, the board did not want to take any chances and hence the exam has been rescheduled."
