Spurs beat Heat in Game One of finals

San Antonio: Tim Duncan tallied 21 points and 10 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs stunned the two-time defending champion Miami Heat 110-105 in game one of the NBA finals yesterday.

A broken air conditioner system inside the AT&T Center arena caused all sorts of problems for both teams, especially Miami’s LeBron James, who had to leave the closely-contested match late in the fourth quarter suffering from heat-related problems.
