Zaheer will be out of action due a shoulder injury, though it is not clear when and where he picked up the injury.

The selectors have decided to pick speedster Abhimanyu Mithun in place of Zaheer. India is the No 1 ranked Test team in the world and Zaheer's absence will definitely felt given the fact that the selectors had originally picked only three pacers that included Ishant Sharma and Sreesanth besides Zaheer. The Indian team also includes three spinners ufffd Harbhajan Singh, Pragyan Ojha and Amit Mishra.
