Later, Rizvi offie Aatif Shaikh (five for 36) and leg spinner Saurabh Yadav (four for 24) ensured Anjuman were bowled out for a paltry 116 in just 39.2 overs. The Bandra , batting again, ended the day on 110-3 in 28 overs.

Arman, the highest run getter with 1046 runs overall in the U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy that Mumbai team wonu00a0recently, was unhappy at missing out on his triple ton.“I was in good form at the Vijay Merchant trophy, so it wasn’t difficult playing here. Unfortunately, as wickets kept falling at the other end, I couldn’t score a triple century,” said the 14-year-old.

The winner of this match will meet IES VN Sule Guruji (Dadar) in the final next week.u00a0
