Sri Lankan medium-pacer Nuwan Pradeep is likely to miss the second cricket Test against India, starting here on Thursday as he is yet to fully recover from a hamstring injury
"But Dushmantha is back now. Unfortunately, he got injured when he played his first game against Pakistan. He has got a lot of pace and bowls 145-plus consistently. He is a very exciting prospect and I am extremely happy to have him back fit," Mathews said.
Rangana Herath also did not practice yesterday but Mathews brushed aside any doubts and said the leg-spinner is fit to play. "Herath is fine. He was just rested for today," the Sri Lankan captain said.
