Third seeds Bhupathi and Knowles beat the unseeded Russian pair of Igor Kunitsyn and Dmitry Tursunov 7-5, 7-5 in a 92-minute duel and next meet Nicolas Lapentti and Tommy Robredo of Spain, who beat Bopanna and Nieminen 6-4, 6-4 in Round Two.
