Former Aussie all-rounder Greg Matthews has said that discarded batsman Simon Katich should have punched current skipper Michael Clarke in the face during a dressing-room brawl in 2009.

Katich said recently that Clarke was instrumental in him not getting a Cricket Australia contract.
