Football legend David Beckham, who is in India on a three-day visit as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador shared his ‘incredible experience’ in India and the people of the country. David Beckham’s India visit consisted of playing soccer with Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar in the stadium. Not only that, Beckham enjoyed the India vs New Zealand semi-final clash at Wankhede Stadium alongside Indian icon Sachin Tendulkar. India on Nov 13 thrashed NZ in the ICC World Cup 2023 Semifinal. Putting up a massive target of 398, India shattered NZ’s early wicket on 30. With a steady partnership of 181 runs between Kane Williamson-Daryl Mitchell brought NZ back into the thrilling INDvsNZ match. However, Mohammad Shami and Kuldeep Yadav did the work for India eliminating the Kiwis out of the final race. Cricket fans celebrated team India’s victory in the semi-finals under the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
