Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been confirmed dead after a massive US–Israel air strike on Tehran. The precision operation, reportedly called Operation Epic Fury, targeted key leadership facilities and eliminated Iran’s most powerful figure, ending his 37-year rule. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the success of the strike, while President Donald Trump confirmed the death and issued a warning to Iran. Tehran erupted into both mourning and celebrations, as Iran’s military threatened devastating retaliation.
