Drone Didi is a landmark effort to empower women working in the agriculture sector. It involves the deployment of 15,000 drones and making 'drone didis' out of women—(SHGs) under the Pradhan Mantri Mahila Kisan Drone Kendras initiative. “I am very happy to speak to the PM... People think that women cannot do anything other than the household chores, but if a woman decides, she can do everything... We use drones to spray the fields that are large in area. It saves time.

It was organised at Mahila Park near the iconic Jamia Masjid in Old Delhi on December 31. The broadcast drew Muslim participants from diverse age groups, especially women. On of the participants heaped praises on PM Modi. Actor Akshay Kumar made a special appearance in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Mann Ki Baat and shared his advice for the people. This was 2023’s last episode of Mann Ki Baat. The show made history as it aired its 100th episode on April 30 2023 and ended up tuning in millions of people.

The exhibition was themed around ‘Mann ki baat’ that displayed works of India’s top artists on themes covered in Mann Ki Baat such as Swachhata, water conservation, agriculture, space, India’s northeast, Nari Shakti, Yoga, and Ayurveda. The prime minister took a walkthrough of the exhibition and interacted with the artists while lauding their artistic creativity.
