Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday alleged that PM Modi avoided political responsibility during the 2020 India-China conflict, citing claims from former Army chief MM Naravane’s unreleased memoir. Gandhi said the book suggests the PM left critical decisions to the Army chief during the Ladakh crisis
