Property tax bills for the 2025–26 financial year have already been issued, the civic body said. To encourage advance payments, KDMC has announced a 5 per cent rebate for taxpayers who clear their dues by August 2025, while those paying between September and December 2025 will be eligible for a 4 per cent discount
