The Samyukt Kisan Morcha, an umbrella body of farming organizations from across the country, has given the call for a nationwide Bharat bandh on the 26th of March. While the state unit of the All India Kisan Sabha is supporting it, the bandh won’t be as intense as the one on 8th December 2020. Watch this video to know why.

The two-day Bharat bandh called by 11 major trade unions today severely impacted banking services, crippled public transport in cities and claimed one person's life in violence. During the Bharat Bandh or all-India strike today, factories and cars were vandalized in Greater Noida near Delhi. Factory-owners said their property was looted.
