After completing 20 years of direction in the entertainment industry, Filmmaker Nikkhil Advani gave credits for his achievements to directors Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra for giving him bigger opportunities in Bollywood. Nikkhil Advani said, “I always feel that somewhere someone was looking out for me and I got the right breaks and the right opportunities. Of course, my breaks with Karan Johar and Aditya Chopra allowed me to have a so-called footing in the industry where all the actors felt that this person has some ability. I'm celebrating these 20 years as a director, 10 years before that I was an associate director. Actually speaking, I'm celebrating 30 years in the industry.”

25 Years Of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai: Karan Johar's directorial debut, 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', completed 25 years on October 16. A special fan screening was hosted in Mumbai at a suburban theatre on October 15. The director along with Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji surprised the audience but Kajol gave it a miss. SRK shared that now he doesn't know if he should still do a love story and it's better if the younger stars of the industry do them. SRK, Karan Johar & Rani Mukerji were thankful to each other for their careers and making each other a star that they are today.
