A LTTE aircraft was hit by Sri Lankan air defence late on Friday night killing two people. The LTTE aircraft was flying around Colombo city before it is hit.
The Sri Lankan air force claims that the body of its pilot was later found near the Katunayake air base. The Lankan air ministry released visuals of the plane being blow up today and claimed that the LTTE plane was targetting the key Pattunayaka air base in Colombo. u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0
