The York National Railway Museum has launched a new exhibition depicting the life and times on India's railways.
The exhibition explores the human interest stories of the people featured in award-winning BBC documentary-maker Gerry Troyna's Bombay Railway and Monsoon Railway films.
The exhibition describes how railway workers keep the rail system on track, despite the challenges created by Mumbai's urban congestion and the region's torrential monsoon rain.
It also features the tales of the hawkers and street children who virtually live on India's trains and stations.
