This paper had an extensive report about a Malabar Hill building battling a festering problem. A space in the compound has become a garbage site. A swathe of hutments overlooking the compound wall seems to be the problem.
Hutment dwellers from there have been sending rubbish flying down into the society premises. Waste water trickles down from the pipes. The rubbish comprises bottles, bags, food waste wrapped in paper, foul-smelling products and other rubbish.
