Right now, I am not only producing shows but am also creatively involved in all the departments. As a result, I can't demarcate my professional and personal time. I have to be accessible to my team at all times. Also, my team feels motivated when they find me working round the clock.
In my profession, there are times when you want to work and there is no work, and vice versa. So during the hectic days, I give my 100 per cent to the project that I'm working on and full attention to my family when on a break.
