On September 6, 2009, she went to Neeta's place but the teacher was not present. However, her husband Ashok Chaudhry (35) and his friend Nikhil Mudgal (32) were there, SSP Raghubir Lal said. The victim was offered tea laced with intoxicants and when she fell unconscious the duo raped her and prepared a video clip and later asked the girl not to disclose the matter to anyone.
Fed up with the threat and humiliation for seven months, she finally disclosed the matter to her parents following which a case was registered and the two were arrested on Sunday. The teacher is absconding.
