About a dozen armed robbers looted cash and valuables worth Rs. one lakh from passengers on a train in Bihar's Lakhisarai district, about 160 km from here, police said Friday
Passengers who were looted lodged a complaint at Kiul railway station, 110 km from here.
"Armed criminals boarded the train at Jhajha railway station and looted cash and valuables at gun point from passengers," a police officer said.
Train robberies have become quite common in Bihar. Armed robbers looted dozens of passengers on the Janseva express in Saharsa district Wednesday night.

In August, a passenger was shot dead by a gang of five armed men while a dozen handicapped passengers were looted two months ago on another train.
