Man pinches bike to attend court hearing

Traffic Police Constable Shankar Kumbhar had nabbed two bike thieves on April 3 and July 2 while on duty at Alaka Talkies chowk. Ansari was the third offender nabbed by the alert policeman in the past seven months. Kumbhar was honoured by city police commissioner Meeran Chadda Borwankar with a cash reward of Rs 2,000 and a Good Service Ticket (certificate).u00a0
