Flu forces Bangalore school closure
As a result of the swine flu scare, Frank Anthony's Public School, a reputed school in Bangalore, has been shut down for a week.
The school took this step after a child was suspected to have contacted the H1N1 virus.
A girl studying in the second standard showed symptoms of swine flu, which forced the school authorities to order the closure of the school till the 17th of this month. However, it is not confirmed as yet whether the girl has been infected by the virus.
The parent of one of the children who went to drop his child to school said that the school would remain shut for children from the nursery standard till class five.
