The wait to get into their flats seems to be an endless one. Many people, including NRIs and IT professionals who had invested their savings to buy a home in Wonder Futura, an upmarket housing complex at Bavdhan comprising 100 flats developed by Bharati Developers, are still waiting for the keys to their flats that were promised in 2006. ProtestSixty people who booked flats in the Phase 1 project of Wonder Futura have only got handover documents instead of a sale document, whereas 40 people who booked flats in Phase II are yet to get possession of their flats. The hassled residents staged a protest yesterday.
