With the city experiencing heavy to very heavy rainfall in the past few days, multiple flight operations at the Mumbai airport have been affected due to low visibility. Apart from go-arounds, diversions, and delays, multiple claims of the airport flooding have surfaced on social media.

A video which has been widely circulated shows the airport’s taxiway completely flooded, with workers trudging around an aircraft in the water. The said video has been circulating with captions insinuating that the video is of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
