Conversely, Additional commissioner of police (traffic) Pravin Padwal revealed that in January and February they had witnessed more traffic violations even before the city went into lockdown.
“We had ensured more action in 2020,” said Padwal. As the lockdown was eased in September, there was in increase in challans.
