After receiving a series of lewd SMSes and thre-atening calls from an unknown person, actor Minnisha Lamba (pictured) lodged an FIR at Versova police station last night.
Lamba has been receiving these calls since the beginning of this month and had even registered a non-cognizable complaint on November 5.
According to a source close to Lamba, "A man identifies himself as Khan and abuses her over the phone.

When she started rejecting his calls, he sent lewd SMSes and even threatened to kidnap her."
The source read out one of the SMSes:u00a0 "Will pick you up. My boy come home. My item, my name is Khan."
Babasaheb Bhadolkar, the investigating officer, confirmed that the actress had lodged a complaint.
"We have registered an FIR against an unknown person and are trying to trace his number. The culprit will be nabbed soon.
Lamba confirmed the incident, but refused to comment any further.
