A 12-year-old differently-abled girl in Delhi was abducted by one of her neighbours and sexually abused.
Ranjeet, who was held Tuesday, abducted the girl from outside her house in east Delhi's Krishna Nagar Sunday and kept her hostage at a factory for two days and raped her, a police officer said.
The girl's family had filed a case of kidnapping after she went missing.
