During investigation, it came to light that a man named Sanjiv, a resident of Sahibabad, instigated the woman to file a case against Raju and his three employees.u00a0

Sanjiv was earlier arrested by Sahibabad police for fraud, and was in jail for a week. After being released on bail, he suspected that Raju of being behind his arrest and hatched a conspiracy with the woman to settle the score with Raju.u00a0

" A case for misleading the police under section 182 of Cr.PC (Criminal Procedure Code) has been registered against the woman and Sanjiv," said Superintendent of Police (City) Shiv Shankar Yadav.
