1. Be passionate about what you do: Kunal always stresses about the importance of doing something you like. He says, "If you do something that you really like, you are going to achieve success in it sooner or later. But if you enter into a field in which you have no interest, even if you succeed, the chances of which are slim; the sense of satisfaction and achievement will never be there"

 

2. Take risk: We never know the outcome of the results unless we actually do it. Risk hai to ishq hai!

 

3. Never let success go to your head, and never let failure go to your heart: Always stay grounded, says Kunal. A simple but a very important point indeed. If you succeed in a certain project, remember that there's always something better you can achieve; and if you fail in something, learn from your mistakes, and make sure not to repeat them.

 

4. Grow your network: Make sure to expand your network wisely. Attend seminars, attend social events, seek intellectual peer groups to be with, to talk to. Make sure to surround yourself with people who are better than you, people who motivate you to grow yourself.

 

5. Use your money wisely: Spending money is an easy job, however earning it is very difficult. Make sure you spend it in essential places. Don't be overly generous or be a miser. Investment in skilled employees, Invest in learning new things to manage business, invest in yourself.

 

"The biggest tip one can give" he says, "is that believe in yourself; there will be hundreds to drag you down, but if you believe in what you are doing, no force of this universe can stop you from achieving success!"
