Go Boom Shakalaka this weekend

The event marks the launch of his new album Home Run. "The new album involves collaborations with some of the best musicians from the music industry, including AR Rahman, Asha Bhosle and Miss Pooja, a popular singer. I am currently shooting the music video for the song Gabroo. The flavour of this album is a mix of Reggae, Punjabi, Hip-Hop and R'n'B. He recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the UK Asian Music Awards. "I appreciate the award and feel that awards are important. But this is not it; I have many more things to do. For instance, I will be releasing a solo album titled Music is Freedom in April."u00a0Being a complete entertainer, Apache prefers live shows to studio recordings as it brings the song and dance together.u00a0

In an age where technology has all the answers, Apache doesn't mind trying out new techniques, but tries to keep the sound real. "It's best to keep a balance. I prefer the old feel though," he concludes.u00a0
