“I’ve always had a love for different genres of music, everything from old school R&B to the big Bollywood numbers. So fusion has been a key element of my music from the start and this new Album ‘Prothhom’ brings together my love for Bengali music and EDM Music” Adarsh is quoted saying in a press release.
“To be honest, there has to be a change in audiences' mindset. I would like them to be more accepting of different and newer genres. If the listeners open their hearts towards different styles, they are the ones who reap the most rewards!” Adarsh shares concern on the music industry.
Honestly in Tripura, there is not much opportunity in music, hear people still believe that "we cannot choose music as a career; music is just a hobby, just an entertainment."
Most Bengali parents teach their child music, drawing or dance. Just because they want their child to be busy. So the children don't get much opportunity to explore their true self.
Adarsh is working on another number that will be in Bengali and Hindi. “I’ve got confidence in the language and I think the dialect is close to Bengali and Hindi. I am planning to release music videos frequently." Adarsh said on his upcoming project.
