Ileana was last seen in the digital film 'The Big Bull' starring Abhishek Bachchan. The film was loosely based on the securities scam of 1992. She will next be seen in 'Unfair N Lovely', a comic take on India's obsession with fair skin. The film is set against the backdrop of Haryana and features Ileana opposite Randeep Hooda. The film chronicles the story of a dusky woman who faces social prejudice and how she deals with it. The film marks the directorial debut of Balwinder Singh Janjua, who has served as a screenplay writer on 'Saand Ki Aankh' (2019) and 'Mubarakan' (2017). The actor, 33, finds the obsession with fair skin bizarre. “Colour doesn’t define beauty. It is like saying, the sky is not beautiful at night but it is as you get to see stars,” she added.
