"We do discuss marriage but this is not the right time because Saif is busy in his production house and I am getting very good roles. So marriage can wait," Kareena said at the HT Leadership Summit here Saturday.

Saif said: "People say that marriage doesn't affect your career but the fact is it does. Today the whole definition of marriage has changed. We are so well connected, so close that marriage is just a stamp of validation for the society.
