Rajeev Khandelwal came to Mumbai without any knowledge about the industry, but learnt the ropes and today has found a place for himself in showbiz. The actor has no qualms about working with new people as long as they are talented.

"Someone also gave me a break when I was new, so I'm happy to work with debut directors. It's just that I see whether the person has the potential or not, then I take the plunge. He needs to be passionate about his work and you easily make out, if the director is skillful or not," the actor told.
