Asked why doesn’t she work with her husband, Vidya said: “We try our best not to work together because I think it’s healthier for our marriage.

"Sometimes because of this, some good films slip off, but I think it’s necessary to sacrifice it. I personally prefer not to mix our personal and professional life.”

“I find it amazing when they say couples work together. We discuss a little bit of work but as long as it’s not involving the two of us, we are safe. It’s just healthier for our marriage not to work together,” she added.

The actress, currently busy promoting her film “TE3N”, says she loves thriller films.

“I love thrillers I have done quite a few thrillers and fortunately, they have all worked well for me. I think a good film is a good film and it will have a repeat value.”

Produced by Sujoy Ghosh, "TE3N" is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. It stars Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles.
