Salman Khan to re-release first look pics for the film

Salman Khan isn't too thrilled with the way the industry reacted to pictures of him in Veer, which were released to the media a few months back.

Sources reveal that Salman expected congratulatory calls after the Veer pictures came out. However, quite the opposite happened.

B-Town actors were heard murmuring that Salman looked old and haggard in the pictures.

Weeks after the Veer images released, Aamir shared his first look in Ghajini, which became the talk of the town.

His chiselled body and trademark haircut was widely discussed. Salman was expecting a similar response for Veer that never came.

Even though the film is still in the making, Salman wants to create a buzz around it. A source reveals the actor will be going in for a new photo shoot and will reveal a brand-new look for Veer.

"Salman is presently shooting for Main Aur Mrs Khanna, but he's also occupied with Veer. He has realised that the first look is very important for his film."

The source adds that Sallu has given up drinking and has started his workout regimen in earnest. "He doesn't want to bulk up anymore, instead wants to get more toned.

Even though he works out with a trainer, Salman decides what kind of exercises he will do."

Since it's a project close to his heart, Salman will also be involved in the planning and marketing campaign of the film.

"He sat down with director Anil Sharma and producer Vijay Gelani to discuss the options available. As of now, he wants to shock the audience with some brilliant promo pics and do away with the initial lacklustre ones."
