Ramu shoots his next, based on a sensational murder, on location....
Ram Gopal Varma began shooting for his next, A Love Story last week on location. The film will be shot in the same building (Dheeraj Solitaire in Malad) where Neeraj Grover was murdered by model and actress Maria Susairaj and her boyfriend, Emil Jerome Matthew.

Mahie Gill in A Love Story
Mahie Gill plays a character based on Susairaj, who has been behind bars since May 2008, charged for murder.
Says Ramu, "I began shooting in Mumbai, April 15 onwards. Another shoot begins at the building where the murder happened."
The director was adamant about the location. "It wasn't a necessity. But it will psychologically put you in a certain mental state. We convinced the society on these grounds. And we interacted only with the residents. That flat (where the murder happened) is sealed, so we are shooting in a flat, one floor up." Ramu has personally worked on Mahie's look based on inputs from people who personally knew the accused.
