Yoga and gymming do the trick for me. I do three days of both in a week. I would also love to play a sport, but Mumbai doesn't offer me the space and time to do so.
Right from childhood, I have been into soccer, squash and have run a few cross country marathons too. So weight has never really been a problem for me.
Slim chance
I'm not someone who follows strict diets, I just believe in eating healthy. For a brief time I was following the blood group diet that spells out what you should and shouldn't be eating based on your blood type.
Having said that, I'm not someone who would deprive myself of food. I thank God that I don't have a problem with weight. I don't bloat up if I eat sweets or oily food. I'm genetically slim.
