Tuning into the shifting trends in the industry, Ekta Kapoor and Bejoy Nambiar have joined hands to encourage and hone newer talent in films
The two filmmakers have begun work on their first film together with noted ad-filmmaker Aman Sachdeva. Buzz is that actors Siddarth Gupta and Simran Kaur Mundi have been signed for lead roles.
Speaking about the film that will release in February, Bejoy says, “I couldn’t have asked for a better alliance than Ekta Kapoor to partner with us on my pet project at her production house. I always looked up to Ekta for her sheer passion.” Tanuj Garg, CEO Balaji Motion Pictures states, “It is a quirky and a hilarious film set in Delhi. We wanted to start the year with a comedy.”
