Picks up a bungalow in Versova at 2-odd crore for the premises

Abhay Deol has recently purchased a bungalow worth almost Rs 2 crore in Versova. This space will now be his office.u00a0 
Says a source close to the actor, "Earlier Abhay used to operate his office from his Juhu home but now that his production house, Forbidden Films, is expanding he has bought a three-bedroom bungalow in Aram Nagar 2 in Versova. There are two mini gardens along with it. Abhayu00a0 loves gardening and so, he's taking personal care of the gardens."
Currently, the Dev D actor is renovating and designing the bungalow himself along with his close friend and designer Navdeep.
"Everything is done by Abhay with Navdeep's help. Apart from the three bedrooms, the bungalow has a hall and a conference room. It's a spacious 1,600 sq ft bungalow with red walls and black furniture. Abhay needs a big space as he has two to three films lined up.
His production goes on floors next year and he is taking on more staff. As he is very organised, he is going about doing everything in a planned way. The interiors of the bungalow have been done up in glass and wood," the source informs.
On the acting front, Abhay has completed the first schedule of Anil Kapoor Production's Aysha.
