Model Ameet Gaurr might have a physique to die for, but he doesn't only have good genes to thank for it. The model's love for fitness gives him the lean look that he's always worked towards. He shares his fitness regime with CS:



Naturally fit
Fitness is extremely important to me because I believe in staying healthy. Everyone should stay fitu00a0-- be it through gymming or just playing a sport. Fitness is not an obsession, but a requirement for me. I've been a sports person since childhood so staying fit and indulging in physical activity comes naturally to me.

Being a sport
I have been a sports fan since childhood. I love playing volleyball and have also been a state and a national player. I make sure that I play my favourite sport thrice a week. I just have to be good at whatever sport that I'm playing.

I work-out five times a week. It starts with a 15 minute run on the treadmill followed by 45 minute weight training session. I work on one part of the body a day and complement it with ab exercises. My work-out helps me cover all facets like strength, flexibility and stamina. So I can exercise longer and lift heavier weights. I do a bit of stretching everyday at the end of my work-outs to enhance my flexibility.

Controlled diet
I eat everything but in moderation. I do not follow any diet, nor do I restrict myself from eating the food I like. I make sure that I eat small meals every two hours. Once a week I indulge on all my favourite foods, but in small portions. That way I don't have to deprive myself. Since I also have a very high metabolism rate, I don't easily gain weight.
