Apple Inc. is set to expand its retail footprint in India with the launch of a new store in Bangalore, the country’s southern tech hub.

The outlet, located in the upscale Mall of Asia, will open its doors to customers on September 2, the company announced on Thursday, according to Bloomberg.

This will be Apple’s third official store in India, following its flagship outlet in Mumbai and another in a prominent Delhi mall, both inaugurated in 2023. Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook personally attended the openings of the first two stores, underlining the company’s focus on the Indian market as a key driver of growth.
