The Cathedral and John Connon (Fort) qualify for FC Bayern Youth Cup World Finals

The Cathedral & John Connon School (Fort) clinched Adidas FC Bayern Youth Cup India U-16 seven-a-side inter-school football title after they registered a 1-0 win over Nalanda Public school (Delhi) on Sunday

The Cathedral & John Connon School (Fort) clinched Adidas FC Bayern Youth Cup India U-16 seven-a-side inter-school football title after they registered a 1-0 win over Nalanda Public school (Delhi) on Sunday.

After a goalless draw, Cathedral's Rishi Kothari scored the all-important goal for the Fort outfit.

The win ensured that the Fort school would represent India at the World finals in Munich in May. The players will also get a chance to watch a Bundesliga match at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany
