Police give clean chit to Bernard Tomic over party

Brisbane: Australian tennis' wild child Bernard Tomic is reported to have attended a penthouse party in February at Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast where two teenage girls were allegedly supplied cocaine by nightclub king Jamie Pickering.

Tomic, who was knocked out of the French Open on Wednesday, took four teenaged girls to the party.

The police confirmed that Tomic was at Pickering's party, but clarified on Channel 9 that they did not want to question the tennis star as there was no evidence of him being involved in any illegal activity.
