Body artist Nonna Gleyzer, who trained National Football League (NFL) star Tom Brady (39) and his model wife Gisele Bundchen in Pilates (a workout session) when they lived in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2015, revealed to US Weekly that the couple love working out together

Body artist Nonna Gleyzer, who trained National Football League (NFL) star Tom Brady (39) and his model wife Gisele Bundchen in Pilates (a workout session) when they lived in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2015, revealed to US Weekly that the couple love working out together.

"When they worked out together, it was easy to train them because they both needed whole-body workouts. Though their respective professions are very different, they do demand similar types of Pilates workouts. I was impressed with how coordinated and in tune Tom was with his body. Like her husband, she is also an athlete when training — very fit, strong, and flexible like a dancer," she said.
