At 47, Holyfield is still going strong and would relish an opportunity to face Iron Mike for a third time.but the current WBF heavyweight champion admits Tyson has no interest in returning to the ring, reports The Sun.
"I would have done it again, but Mike doesn't want to fight. "I met Mike and he said his heart is not in it. Mike is truly a warrior, but nobody wants to get in the ring if they don't truly believe they can win.
"When he saw I'm still in exactly the same shape I was when we first fought in 1996, he realised he didn't want to get back in there with me.
"He knows I'm always in shape and exactly how hard I train. Mike trained harder than me but that's not the case now.
"Why would you want to get in the ring with somebody who still lives the game?"
"Whenever anybody wants to fight me, I'm always ready. If a fight breaks out right now, I'm probably going to win."
The two boxing powerhouses first clashed in Las Vegas in 1996, when the Real Deal claimed the WBA heavyweight crown.

Their rematch the following year lasted just under three rounds with Tyson disqualified after twice biting his opponent's ears.
Rumours of a third and final fight circulated for years and fuel was added to the fire recently when legendary promoter Don King hinted Tyson was considering a comeback.
But Holyfield insists that not even King will be able to change the mind of a fighter famously known as the Baddest Man on the Planet.
"Don thinks he can talk Mike into it."But he won't come back and lay down just for the money. His heart's not in and it takes a lot of heart to turn down $32million.
"They talked about another fight and they told Mike we'd get $35m each.
"It takes a lot of character and a lot of heart to turn that down. I'll always respect him for that.
"Regardless of what Mike's done, people never talk badly about him.
"He's old but people never say that. He's out of shape but people never say it.
"He's the guy that everybody feels he can return whenever he wants to. They have a lot of hope for him."u00a0
