UK United emerged champions in the Growels 101 five-a-side football tournament held in Kandivali (E) recently.

Aaron D’Costa, Andrew Buthello and Cletus Opaul scored a goal each as the Ronnie D’Souza-promoted outfit beat Castle Boys 3-1 in the final. UK United won Rs 35000 with the trophy, while Castle Boys were richer by Rs 15,000. UK’s Aaron D’Costa was adjudged Man of the Tournament.
