A late own-goal by Palmeiras goalkeeper Weverton took Chelsea through to the Club World Cup semi-finals on Friday as the Premier League giants edged out the Brazilian team 2-1.
Chelsea lit the spark first, thanks to Cole Palmer (16th minute), who dispatched a low shot past Weverton. Palmeiras equalised eight minutes into the second half, with Estevao, 18, smashing a shot off the crossbar.
