<a href="https://www.mid-day.com/brand-media/article/jaimin-gupta-with-barcelona-for-business-b2b-app-to-onboard-10-lac-garment-store-in-one-year-23219521" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Barcelona</a> prodigy <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/football/article/barca-teen-yamal-becomes-youngest-scorer-in-spanish-league-23313516" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Lamine Yamal</a> has withdrawn from the Spain squad for Euro 2024 qualifiers against Norway and Scotland due to injury, the Spanish football federation said Tuesday.

The 16-year-old, who made history in September when he became the youngest ever player to score for the Spain national team, left the camp after the medical team &ldquo;determined he could not participate in the next two qualifying matches,&rdquo; the federation said in a statement. Yamal had been in doubt after Barcelona announced the teenager had suffered a hip flexor problem during the Catalan side&rsquo;s 2-2 draw with Granada in La Liga.
