Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri accepts it will take time for Cristiano Ronaldo to fully settle in after his side battled to a dramatic 3-2 victory at Chievo, which shows how hard their Serie A title defence will be.

"It makes us realise how tough it's going to be to win the league again," Allegri said. Allegri accepts it will take time for his men to find their rhythm alongside their new talisman.
"We've only had the whole squad training together for seven days. We're still getting to know [Cristiano] Ronaldo. He linked up well with [Paulo] Dybala today and I was impressed by how easily he slotted into the team. It's a shame he couldn't score himself, but Sorrentino denied him a couple of times. He was happy we got the win," he said.
